Suggestions for improving accommodation facility
Boli sme veľmi spokojní. Takým zdvorilým personálom som doteraz ešte nikdy nestretla. Len taká maličkosť - do obalu s benefitmi by mohli dať na recepcii aj lístočky na predplatené služby. Mali sme tam lístky na návštevu čokoládovne atď., ale na uvítací drink , ktorý mal byť v balíku nie. A je to nepríjemné dožadovať to. Alebo potvrdenie ktoré sme niesli zo Slovenska mohlo byť napr. v angličtine, možno nerozumeli všetkému čo sme tu vlastne zaplatili.
