Suggestions for improving accommodation facility |
Vcelku sme boli veľmi spokojní, trochu chýbal animacny program aspoň pre deti cez víkend. Personál bol výborný, ale trochu nestihali. . Často sme museli čakať pri wellness bare na obsluhu, pretože barman obsluhoval v 3 častiach hotela naraz. Zupany pre hostí, kt. majú zaplatený pobyt v hoteli na viac dni by mohli byt automaticky na izbe. Stravovanie bolo chutné a vyber jedál na večeru bol uspokojujuci. Ranajkovy bufet by však mohol byt obohateny aj o zdravšie varianty - musli, orechy, viac druhov jogurtov, celozrnny chleba, toasty. A úplne chýbalo ovocie!!! Personál hotela bol vždy napomocny a ustretovy, čo sme radi uvítali. Určite sa ešte vrátime. Ešte posledná vec, ak dáte rodine s kočíkom a babatkom izbu na najvyššom poschodí bez výťahu, je vhodne na to upozorniť hostí vopred. Ďakujem.
