Suggestions for improving accommodation facility |
Pri nástupe Vám zablokujú čiastku na úhrady počas pobytu, čo je O.K., ale v deň odchodu Vám vystavia účet a čiastku zablokovanú na začiatku pobytu stiahnu celú a nie len to čo ste v skutočnosti minuli ( môj skutočný príklad : 05.12.2010 13:19 zablokovali 108,98€, počas pobytu som minul na služby 17150 ft(61,27€),ukončený pobyt 09.12.2010 8:23, ale vtedy Vám stiahnu zablokovanú sumu 108,98€ a dnes keď Vám píšem je 12.12.2010 rozdiel 47,71€ ešte stále nemám na účte(odpoveď z hotela z 10.12.2010 je že do zahraničia to trvá tak dlho). Moje skúsenosti z Európy sú iné, a tak isto aj z Egypta atď., ako skoro stiahnu, tak skoro aj pripíšu rozdiel na účet.
