Jídlo nebylo skoro nikdy teplé, pouze vlažné (výhrada manžela).

Suggestions for improving accommodation facility |
Jazyková vybavenost pracovníků recepce hotelu je nedostatečná (hovořím angl., německy, italsky a bylo možné domluvit se pouze s některými). Pokud bychom se nezeptali na možnost a způsob čerpání pobytu v aquaworldu v den odjezdu, nebyly by nám tyto informace a posléze služby poskytnuty. Zarazila mě garance 50,- EUR/osoba v den příjezdu, o které není nikde uvedena žádná informace.
