Suggestions for improving accommodation facility |
Hosťa pri ubytovaní oboznámiť so všetkými možnosťami, ktoré ponúka hotel, vrátane podávania raňajok-večere ( čas od kedy do kedy ), postup akým spôsobom prejsť cez jednotlivé zóny,časy možnosti využívania jednotlivých zón, pomôcť s ubytovaním ( obzvlásť, ak sa jedná o rodinu s detmi a sedniorov). Z ich strany bola nulová pomoc pri nosení batožiny, veľmi stručné popisy. Recepčná videla, že sme prišli s dvoma malými detmi a nechala ma vypisovať do podrobna papier na ubytovanie namiesto toho, aby to riešila po ubytovaní. (Deti boli z cesty unavené).
