Boli sme spokojní s úrovňou poskytovaných služieb až na drobnosti nad ktorými sa dá vcelku povzniesť. Napr. pri príchode na hotel v stanovenom čase naša izba nebola uprataná a vyvetraná. Je potrebné skvalitniť prácu recepčných. Musia vedieť podať informácie o tom, čo a kde sa nachádza v meste, napr. kde sa dá podať športka ap.
