Suggestions for improving accommodation facility |
Boli sme velmi spokojne s personalom, s kvalitou sluzieb. Myslim, ze wellness by mohol byt otvoreny mozno aj skor ako od 15, ale hlavne mozno do 22. Na izbe nam chybala skrina, ulozny priestor. Za najvacsie faux pas povazujem, ze nas v noci 3krat zobudil personal, ktory mal k dispozicii izby na nasej chodbe. Manazerka sa nam sice ospravedlnila, ze o probleme vedia a riesia ho, ale pre my sme nedostali ziadnu kompenzaciu, to hodnotim negativne. Inak sme sa tam citili vyborne a ostatne bolo vskutku na urovni co sa welnessu a aj restauracie tyka.
