V 4* hotely sa nesmie stat aby sa recepcny vysmial zakaznikovi, aby nebol schopny a ochotny vyriesit staznost zakaznika(v nasom pripade musela prist veduca recepcie). Je standardom a samozrejmostou dat si na rano kavu...v 4* hotely to asi neplati..v case ked bol plny hotel bol k dizpozicii 1 presso stroj aj ten pokazeny.Urcite vyborna reklama pre zahranicnych hosti,ktorych tam v tom case bolo dost.Ak odchadzam zo 4*hotela ocakavala by som aspon naznak zaujmu od recepneho ako sme boli s pobytom spokojni.4*hotel musi mat personal na urovni 4 hviezd, v tomto pripade to ale tak nie je.Chyba ustretovost, ochota pomoct,vediet sa ospravedlnit..urcite najväcsie minus a aj dovod preco opät do daneho hotela nepojdeme je pristup personalu.
