Personál zabezpečujúci relaxačné a kúpeľné služby by mal podľa mňa pred poskytnutím procedúr uviesť načo daná procedúra slúži, čo sa bude diať a ako bude prebiehať, príp. aké blahodarné účinky má na organizmus...ale inak som bola so všetkým spokojná.
