-predlzit otvaracie hodiny v stravovacich zariadeniach (vecera je 19:30!!, ranajky do 9:00!)
-profesionalita a spravanie obsluhy v restauracii (ku koncu otvaracich hodin doslova vyhanaju navstevnikov - napr. otvorene okno pri nasom stole)
-o 8 rano su z velkej casti prazdne svedske stoly, nie su dostatocne doplnane
- pri poobednajek kave sme museli po 15 min cakani ist sami hladat casnika, aby sme mohli zaplatit. v tom case sme boli jediny zakaznici v celej restauracii! (Jalta)
