Suggestions for improving accommodation facility
I have booked a double at Smaragd Sumava actual accommodation reserved by Reservations people was a single bed accommodation? To satisfy my needs I had to move to Villa Berlin incurring additional cost of 160 euros? I expected some compensation but no offer was granted? Had I not been able to find suitable accommodation the whole situation could have been a total catastrophe especially having travelled all the way from Australia. This situation can a be a case used to improve Customer Service with Reservations Department. Regards Lazo Stanar
