ubytovacie zariadenie Alžbeta v ktorom sme boli ubytovany namiesto penzionu Helios nesplnala naše predstavy pobytun nakolko uvedena ubytovna napr. okna stare kupelnove dvere farba opukana tak ako aj na oknach nezaujimali sme sa o poslednu rekonštrukciu budovy ale neboli sme nadšeny takymto ubytovanim je mi luto za takuto kritiku aj ked ja sam som Bardejovske kupele absolvoval niekolko raz ale v Hotely Ozon kde je velmi dobra kvalita ubytovania ako aj stravovania dakujem
