- ak má reštaurácia harmonogram stravovania, mal by sa dodržiavať (ak sa večera podáva od 17.30 do 19.30, očakáva sa, že tam v tomto čase jedlo nájdeme, skúsenosť: po hodine od začiatku večere už nebolo na stoloch takmer nič a personál sa tváril, že prázdne stoly nevidí, a tiež ani prekvapené tváre hostí, ktorí prišli neskôr, to isté platilo o raňajkách)
