Trochu lepšia komunikácia medzi recepciou s reštauráciou a iné. Pri platení na recepcii pobytové aktivity a konzumácia v rámci reštaurácie nespĺňali čo sme skutočne absolvovali a konzumovali. Mali sme pripísané aktivity a konzumáciu, ktoré sme nemali. Pri reklamácii nevedeli reagovať a zaplatili sme za to čo sme nemali. Ani nevedeli to argumentovať...
