Suggestions for improving accommodation facility |
Pri prichode na izbu, tato nebola pripravena, nevykurena, personal sa snazil oklamať klienta ze to je porucha prave na ich izbe. Pravda bola ale uplne inde. Ešte aj kurenar klamal o zavade teplotneho čidla a resete systému. Xo rana sme mrzli, bez kompenzacie za takéto "služby". Aj riaditelka sa nakoniec ospravedlnila, avsak ku kompenzacii nedoslo. Potom ale zazracne "system" nabehol a bolo dostatocne vykurene, co pokladam za divnu poruchu.
Skor na nas chceli šetriť, pricom pobyt nie je az taky lacný, aby sme mrzli.
Tiez nesiel trezor a pri odchode sme sa museli vrátiť od rampy, pretoze ju recepčný neodblokoval. Cele zle!
Už nikdy sa tam nevratim, je to zle a radsej pojdem niekde inde.
