Belá is a village in Slovakia in the district Žilina.
It lies in the northeastern part of the Žilin a basin, in the Varbin valley and the Belianski Creek, which forms the Belian valley. To the west of the village is the Kysucká vrchovina, in the eastern part the hills of Krivánská Fatra are rising.
