Suggestions for improving accommodation facility |
Využili sme ponuku Vašich služieb už druhý krát. Celkovo sme boli spokojní, dostali sme to čo sme očakávali. V obidvoch prípadoch sa nám však stalo, že sme museli v hoteli pripomienkovať pridelené izby. Dostali sme ich na vzdialenom mieste hotela, bez štandardného balkóna, nie vedľa seba (boli sme 4 osoby), či v podkrovnej časti. Je to z malého rešpektu ponúkaného rezortu k Vašej CK? Asi nie, treba stým pri objednávke niečo robiť.
